Everyone else is complaining about the tempo changing. In fact, dynamic tempo is an important tool just as changing volume is. Often it's only used for songs slowing down at the ending, which is a shame. I'd meet the critics half-way and agree it's a tool that is to be used with artistic vision, but I won't second-guess Josh on this point. As an artist the key thing is to give a careful listen and see if you're slowing down on the hard parts and if so practice the heck out of those. But it's nice to listen to something that didn't have a click track. Most of my recordings have a click track and I see it as a minus. Music's a living thing that inhales and exhales. Listen to LZ Fool in the Rain and the tempo's all over the map, but not a bad thing.

Really good buddy but your jumpin tempos like crazy you open up flying at warp speed and then apparently you autocorrect going into the chorus which gives the illusion of the chorus is dragging when important fact of a contrasting Tempo changes between the verse and the chorus make it sound like you've made a mistake one important fact you've done everything right,, I like how you hold your guitar you're attacking it a little too hard I say this because you got really great control and you're really hitting those chords cleanly which isn't easy to do I'd like to see your tackle salamander off the too old to rock and roll Too Young To Die album which is a drop d tuning . Another really cool Tool album to play on acoustic guitar would be just about everything off the catfish Rising album Rock Island to cool one too some of the acoustic work off the minstrel in the gallery album be right up your alley! You look like a good friend of mine banana Scott Raines who's the guitar player in the Artemis Pyle band here in Asheville North Carolina Artemis file was the original drummer for Lynyrd Skynyrd. Ian Anderson some musical genius they'll be studying him 200 years from now! Well done! Just think of me as the cop that pulls you over for speeding! LOL
